EVERY dish we tried was delicious and unique, with layers of flavors and textures. We think we’ve discovered a real gem among the quarry of gemstones that make up the gastronomic experience that is Lyon France.

Carre Jardin is excellent. We were very happy to find a vegetarian restaurant at all, but Carre Jardin goes above and beyond, serving creative and delicious Asian food. Its cosy, quiet ambience and our very helpful, hospitable waitress - who was attentive despite serving a full restaurant on her own - made for a lovely evening. We hope to return.
